new dread locking gel from dreadlockshampoo.com

Dread Products

bangs always dread slowest and always have the most loose hairs

partially from pushing it out of your eyes but also because hairline hairs thinner, finer and more oily (from your hands)

plus in your other post you said you wore headbands a lot...that will do it

stop that and you won't need the gel

if anything the sea salt spray

the gel does work though so its up to you ..just saying that its pretty typical what you got going on and changing habits should be all you need

Combatting mold in wet climates?

Dread Maintenance

when you use it, you can use an entire bottle, squeeze it in really saturate them.. its not a shampoo its a treatment so let it stay in  them 10 minutes

use as much as you need to really saturate them to the core

even a whole bottle at once rinses out with ease

but the key is to get them saturated to the core and leave it in 10 minutes or even longer

that was 1 use should be all you need

but it is magically delicious  huh

just stop messing with it and give it a chance to dread on its own

be patient

its a lot less painful that way

Some more technical questions about washing

Dread Maintenance

ok its the liquid, not bar then?

yes you can do it that way, i put like a quarter sized blob on each section making sure the hairs good and wet 1st

if you wet then section then apply shampoo and rub it in you'll get plenty of lather

if needed give it a lil sprinkle to wet it a lill more to get more lather

are you talking about dr bronners? only use that if you do not have hard water

but if your water is safe for bronners, then dilute it 12 times more water then soap

you do not need a lot of foam! the main ingredient in most shampoos that makes it foam is sls..toxic, skin irritant,  carcinogen..etc

pour some on your head, (or did you get the bar?)

use fingertips to rub it in and rinse

try doing your head in quadrants (how i do it) like front left, rinse, front right, rinse back left rinse back right rinse

then rinse everything ..alot

i rinse and rinse and rinse some more

whats the exact shampoo u use
