Dread Maintenance
*moved to dread maintenance ^_^
Makes sense, and yeh i only put the vegan/frutition labels and nutrition part so people would know what i meant. im not interested in a diet as a mathematical formula as such more a healthier and easier way of eating be interesting to try and grow it all (even tho that sounds a lot more work I stayed with a vegetarian that grew her own food and loved helping tend the garden when i stayed but i never kept in touch unfortunately) although i just done the watering and picking and ate what was on the plate as ive never had exactly a i must eat this type of food attitude, ive just alway ate what i was given where i was at the time now tho i would like to take a bit more care of my lifestyle and the area i now live in is also quite remote and our prices on fruit an veg is annoyingly overpriced.
i have grown marijuana in the past guess it cant be too much more complicated...and ive helped make..whats it called where you dig the ground add newspaper layers organic compost etc then layer on layer... few people ive helped ive just never tried to maintain one myself.
Maybe i should take more notice of what im doing and learn abit more :P
Hi all would like some help from some experienced lifestylers.....
If you've read any of my posts you'll know im starting the right way and have had many difficulties in finally getting to this point, and this isn't actually a question of dreadlocks but lifestyle I was wondering if anybody could post some information on, going vegan / frutician and just a general food guide as ive know nothing about nutrition and dont want to damage my body by say only eating vegetable but missing out on this or that protein or something (see I have no clue)..
Ive tried to read up information myself but a cup of this and checking the calories of the packet and multiplying by bmi or etc confuses the hell out of me and I think a conversation would get the information across much better than pretending I know what im reading....
Also if anyhbody has some Green ideas( as in enviromentaly friendly living not marijuana growing :P ) Id love to hear from you, stuff like recycling homemade clothing, dish washing and or cloths washing both ingredients for safer washing and water usage tips.
Im willing to grow a garden, re route my drainage eat raw vegeatbles and generally just learn about more natural living and eating habits.
Note: I currently have 2 children 3 and 4 and a new one on the way, and my better half is supportive about my choices but neither of us have an idea about which way to go or start, shes willing to see how things go for me so im the test subject so to say. She will be eating meat and washing her hair
I may even start a website with help and guides as I learn and try each new thing to help others that wish to make the sea change so to say, depending how I go.
So PLEASE post post post your help and save me from myself Im glued to my computer with a dead animal in one hand and a comb in the other HEEEELP MEEEE
Hope nobody gets offended by my strange behavior i have a strange sense of humor and truly do not wish to tread on anybody's religion or lifestyle I by no means mean to make anything trivial or think I can just read a page and understand why people have chosen their way of living.. I just wish to try and understand and make my own life better..
Im probably worst candidate as im only just starting dreads and youve read my history, but I'd be able to check site at least once a day and if anything happens and I could no longer continue Id speak up... but maybe people would rather a dreaded admin :P.. I do have computer knowledge and could contribute in anyway possible... I also read your post on dreadlock sites i could make a site and gladly use it to help the whole community. Im starting my dreadlock journey and would like to help others that find difficulties the same as I will be.
The more links on other sites to this one will help in google ranking as well, even if people put a link to this site in their signature on any forumn they post.
But as im not the best candidate for a dreadlocking forumn without actually having drealocks I would still like to help in anyway possible....
