Yeah I explained that and she has always respected & supported me dreading but I am starting to feel she is right. I have had like 5 interviews and none of them have worked out. I put my hair up as nice as I can but there is only so much I can do. I am just going to keep moving forward and hope for the best

Unfortunately I am in a predicament where my mom thinks the reason I am not being hired for jobs is because of my dreads. Getting rid of them is not an option, so the next step would be a wig. I just don't know what to do, I am soooo flustered. Does anyone know of any online wig stores with decent prices?

Thank you SENo I tried the wax removal once but I don't know if the water was hot enough but I have read through some of the discussions and think I know what I need to fix. I was plan on doing a wax removal soon, so I will update once I do.

Updated wash routineI basically just wash my hair when I feel it needs it.1/3 cup baking soda, 32 ounce cup, few drops of peppermint & tea tree oilMix it up & soak hair for a few minutes32 ounce cup with rosemary water & some peppermint oil ( I use this for my scalp)RinseACV on capful with 32 ounce cup of water with few drops rose oilAnd then rinse
