okayyy....wow, it does not seem to be the right shampoo for other than black hair then... what can i use then instead of Vicki's shampoo? She is making truly the best shampoo

no i am not black but they advertise that it is good for all natural hair... i am very scared for build up. i have finally my locks back and i don't want to destroy them..i have use their shampoo one time..no build up yet

Hello everybody,

Are there some people here that have any experience with the natural soap brand Freetheroots? www.freetheroots.com. All natural ingredients and  look fine to me but i don't know if their soaps are hard water and residue free and i am wondering if their soaps are a good replacement to Vicki's

I used to use the shampoo's from Dreadlocksshampoo.com the ones from Vicki and they are soo great, unfortunately i can't get in touch with her and she problably won't ship to the Netherlands ((

is it possible to cut dreadlocks a lil shorter..

General Questions

Hi everyone,

I havea question about cutting dreadlocks . Is it possible to cut them a little bit shorter...My dreadlocks are natural grown by the neglet way, the only thing i have done is seperate them now and then to prevent them from growing into congo locks. I have grown my dreads for more than 11 years now and the've grown way down my waist. Now i want to know if its possible to cut them shorter and how, maybe some of you can explain it to me, although i am not planning to cut them shorter very soon:)but i always wondered if it is possible....Thnx and Blessed Love,
