You'll have to upload the profile pic separately. Click My Page in the top navigation. Put your cursor over your profile pic, and "Change Photo" will pop up. Click that. There's an option in that screen to upload it =)
I think you're worrying too much =) Society doesn't often deviate from what is considered "normal". I'm a wine consultant, and even with hair that is dreading, I go into work looking very clean cut and nice every day. Your hair doesn't define who you are. With a solid resume, your hair doesn't make a difference.

I love the way my dreads look after a wash. It seems they're tighter and more "dread-like" each time. What did you wash with?
It's awsome!!! On my last set of dreads every time I would wash they would look like crap... But maybe cause I was picky bout every hair... Now they my hair is longer and i was nervouse for my first wash but it went really good they acually look better.. So I'm happy
