Unfair interview

Dreads as Community Leaders/Builders

Ok so I went to a job fair for the boardwalk and I was talkin to this black guy with dreads that was infront of me... Any way he got the job and they told me my hair wouldn't pass policy cause I have dreads... How unfair is that to hire the black guy with dreads infront of me but wouldn't hire me cause my hair..... Way unfair and uncool cause they said it all snoby...

Lol awsome cause my last set u was ubsessed with crotcheting and this time around I am completely not feeling putting in all the hours of maintance so I'm done messing with them I tnr a week ago and that's it man I rolled the tips to a blunted tip but they come out after wash so I'm just letting them do their own thing

Ok so I was wondering is palm rolling even needed.... If I don't want to crotchet to tidy them up would palm rolling help.... I was thinking maybe palm rolling would pull in the hairs that are sticking out from the middle of each dread... But I guess that's normal.. It just looks lke a bunch of loose hairs but it's a uly in a dread it's just not all the way in.. So if palm rolling would help that's what I'll do but I really don't feel like doing anything... Lol I just origanaly tnr

Lol I'm sure mine will look good in a few months... They don't look bad now... I've been trin to nit my tips up by kinda tubing my thumb around the tip.. It seems to be working.. Check out my photos.. The one wheir I'm wearing a hat are my new set

Yeah, it'll be a few months. My hair has a combination of all 3 methods so they are all in different stages& very messy (4 months in). But I had wore my hair "air dried" quite a bit so to people I know they think it's just a natural curly mess until they get up close.

Ok I'm lovin my new set of dreads... Still haven't figured out hiw to put a new profile pic from iPhone... I'm barley a week in and just wonderin when the messy stages are through and they look halfway descent.. I'm not freakin out or nothin I can handle bein pactient... I was just courious..
