Fasting?

Dreads and Diets

I have been on a spitural journey for a while now and was wondering what y'all thought about fasting? Should I at least eat fruit or something since I do somewhat have a laborer job? What is ok to drink while fasting? This will be my first fast and really also want to cleanse my body of all toxins(tobacco, meat). I need alot of help as to how long to fast ect. Thanks for the info in advance. Jah bless

Want dreads, but have no money? Heres what to do:

Dread Products

So what are ur ratios for the mixes? Also how long is ur hair?

great post

in nearly all cases the key to dreading lies in the right mix for your hair

if oily skip acv use bs

if dry acv is a plus african hairs pretty muchil free naturaly so needs some moisture

the right wash makes all the difference

i alter mine by result i want more that wash

if i want em super soft and cuddly add jojoba aloe anything like that

but arfter awhile of that get alotta loose hairs so increase the salt decrease the oils

and find dozens of new babies every wash

Just a thought

General Talk

I been on and off about dreading for about 2 years now. So while I was sitting in my rig it came to me, we all want instant dreads. We don't want to wait for nothing. Well since I'm on a vegan diet I realized that dreading is like losing weight. If u stick to it it will happen. Weight loss or quiting a habit just don't happen it takes time. So now that I'm learning about waiting I'm ready to dread when my hair gets longer. Just a thought if it help anybody

Baby fine hair

General Questions

Ive been a member of this site for awhile now. I cant seem to find anything about baby fine hair. so i was wondering if it is even possible to have dreads? i believe dreads are the greatest thing other than pb&j. anyways when i mean baby fine im talking about thin straight hair. im not going bald as far as i no, this is how my hair has always been. ive tried doing dreads n the past but bailed cause i didnt have the paticense at the time. now im growing it out and want to do them. i just really need info on this so they wont be weak and frigael. i would be so mad if i grow them and they fall out. im doing it natural method with some twist and rip so i wont do alot of damage to my hair. any help i would love. ONE LOVE!!!!
