Thoughts of brushing

So I've had thoughts of brushing lately and starting over. My hair is dreading, but it's not going how I'd like it to go (even thought I don't really know how I'd [I]like[/I] it to go). I actually wish I would have backcombed a bit to section my hair, because now it's just all matting up into one big mess. One side seems to be sectioning nicely, but the rest, not so much.I've ripped a lot in the back, but it's hard to because I don't know what is supposed to go where, should I rip that, I have no clue what I'm doing back there, etc. I nowhere near have straight hair, so that makes it a bit more difficult for me with all the curls and all. A lot of my curls have actually turned into hard, dreaded curls. Mostly, it's all just mess.I also decided to finally get a good shave in while taking the pictures.

General Questions
IMO length doesn't really matter. I had layers in my hair when I started dreading and you can't even tell. It all grows out eventually.The easiest thing to do is to switch to residue free shampoo, throw away the comb, forget your worries and become oblivious to the fact that you have hair.

People are getting banned over there for some reason for sending a link to a new forum in their private messages. Naeohippie was just banned for sending me the link. I posted a thread in user support asking why people are getting banned for PRIVATE messages and said id was complete BS and hypocrisy from a "free-speech" forum and was banned for it.

I was in the dreadlock forum over at Hipforums reading a thread wondering why people make dreading hair so complicated and just remembered I made an account here. Thanks for the link SE!Yeah. I'm from hipforums. I'm the coolest one there and I've been dreading my hair like a real man (naturally) for 6 months.
