Well, I live 30 minutes Fromm the beach. Can I just bring home a gallon of ocean water? Or should I use home made sea salt mix? Just wondering. I take a dip i'm the ocean every Sunday after Paintball practice. Also i'm at 5 months now and it seems that progress has slowed all of the sudden. The last month they just got frizzier but not much else. Is this normal? Or is there an invisible progress I can't see?

Wow. I have to comment for 3 reasons. 1 we have the same name. 2 our hair is very similar. 3 i wondered the same thing.. Well in my experience they will straighten out some bit. I used TnR but they all came loose and returned to curls. Im 5 months in now and the back of my head has the most progress and are pretty tight and straight (mainly cause I sleep on my back). The rest of my head is catching up but still looks like tangled curls. I'm just being patient. I take a dip in the beach every Sunday and this seems to help allot. So patience

Is it normal that my hair looks messier now at 4 months than it did at 3? They suddenly got all messy, frizzy and loosened at som spots. I think I just need reassurance. Also, how often should I separate? I used to fiddle with my hair constantly and separate daily. This past month I tried leaving it alone and although their not congoing their just really messy.

I did a 21 day water fast. I did it for spiritual reasons. It was very cleansing spiritually and fisicaly. I did no preparation at all. Extreme hunger the first 4 days but after that it resides. The tricky part is after the fast... You should start with salads and fruits first. Eat healthy or your body will go bonkers. Nausea, diarrea, etc. Enjoy the journey and invest the time you save not feeding your body by feeding your soul!

Oh Yeah, my hair grows in spring like coils . So it was actually a hassle keeping it untangled.
