So I've been using Head and Shoulders Clinical Shampoo because of my dandruff. I have been hearing that I shouldn't be using Head and Shoulders... is that true? Am I slowing the process using this???
I decided I want to start using Dr. Bronners Soap. I head that stuff works extremely well... Problem: I REALLY need to wash my hair TODAY. Can I get it just anywhere... like Wal-greens, Wal-Mart, Rite-Aid... Please tell me that I can...

My scalp is itching like crazy. I just started them 5 days ago, so I know I know... "my scalp is adjusting". But I've read on many sites not to wash them until around the 2 week marker.
What will make my scalp calm down?
