So I've been using Head and Shoulders Clinical Shampoo because of my dandruff. I have been hearing that I shouldn't be using Head and Shoulders... is that true? Am I slowing the process using this???

yeah. too many conditioners in that shampoo. i've heard people have had better luck with neutrogena t-gel but i've never tried it. i have dandruff too which i've never had so its been hard to accept sometimes but i've been doing some bs washes lately with rosemary, tea tree and peppermint oils and its really helping. also i like Lush's squeaky green shampoo bar. it has the evil sls in it but i only use it once in a while and it helps too. everybody is different so just find what works for you:)
