I will check that out thanks...When I started a month ago it was hard to find timelines from day 1 for the natural method with no starter method. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect the first couple of weeks so I thought this might help someone decide. I included my most current pics. Somedays I feel like I am making no progress and then others I feel like i am getting somewhere. Either way I like the way my hair looks now better than before I stop messing with it. Maybe its just acceptance of my natural look. I never wore it down it was always in a ponytail or cut short.

I used my monthly dose of T/Sal Shampoo today and it made my hair super soft and my scalp feels wonderful not a flake in sight.... It most likely slowed the progress a little, but well worth the relief... Oh yeah, I am starting to see little tiny loops were hairs are coming together like a needle and thread...yay! pretty cool

Day 24...I had an overwhelming urge to brush my hair the other day????? is that weird???? I dont knowit was like when I want a cigg, and i havent smoked in 8 months now. Another weird thing is no one has noticed friends or family... I havent combed my hair in almost a month and my mother hasnt even said anything...wtf...I find all of this kind of amusing. I bought some beads for my hair yesterday but my babies are to small and they fall off...I guess they are just tiny babies still...anyways just ramblin'have a good one.

Heres a few more to keep up to date. I noticed last night that they were really coming along well I am very excited. Every time I wash them I get a little more knots.

I havent been counting them. I am trying hard to keep my hands off for now. Its really hard to see your own progress. I am really liking the way my hair looks right now I feel confident sporting it...is that weird?

Ok I have seem to lose track of the days I quit fixing my hair onAugust 12th and its now the 25th these pics were taken on the 24th so they are the 12th day.
