How do u "wear" ur dreadlocks?
General Talk
bobby pins so far even though mine arent dreads yet.
that made me snort coffee out of my nose... I got the best mental pic of someone struggling with a coat velcroed to their head :D
Here is my new litmus test...when I am laying on my death bed will I be thinking of all the people who thought my hair was unexceptable or will I be thinking that I am glad I lived my life on my terms. I plan to do the things that make me happy. Some people see happy and just want to crush it, dont let them. I have decided most behave that way because they spent their life trying to be exceptable
Also I really havent seen one example of naturally growndreads that didnt look good on the person who sported them. They are custom made for you.
The post is just a comedy doing what comedy does poking fun at anything possible...I can get that, no problem. The comment thread that follows is the sad part.

the photo shopping is not letting me see whats going on very well. Hmmm interesting art piece though...
everything is so manufactured now...Dreading is so wild and untamed, I have always seen beauty in that. I love the part about not wanting to comb your hair when you r little That little girls hair is so cute.
one week shy of 2 months.
Its been a while since I have been on so I thought I would update. I am feeling a little burn out, my impatience is getting to me. I still cant believe that my hair looks the same as when I started. Maybe its because I am used to seeing it. You would think after 2 months of not combing it would look like a hot mess, but alas most people would never guess that a brush hasnt touched my hair. I still find it strange that I want it to look crazy. Oh yeah I started growing rosemary and basil (I simmer it and use a rosemary/basil rinse, my scalp and skin in general has been driving me crazy with flaking lately).
Nothing like clean baby dreads
