Any update to how the Dr Bronners worked for you?

its ok, i was diluting it in water and using it. 

cold water washes,

how did you start your journey? and hows it going?

any images of/ or people of people who initially started via crochet hook then threw it away and just carryd on down the freedom route?

I don’t have any photos because I’ve been freeform, but you do notice the stiffness if there is stiffness for up to three years later,  even longer sometimes but they do recover slowly. Just take a long time.

Sorry Mick I just got notified you responded. I started with coils. It's been about 7 months and so far it's going pretty well. Hair has gotten unruly at times but so far it's been a pleasurable journey

any reccomendations on a deep wash?

also do you reccomend using any oil on locks?
