I got my dreads done in a shop but i have done no maintnence, no products, no wax should i shave and star over or let them be

I just looked at your recent pictures...they look really nice Getting rid of the wax will make them even softer

thank you guys for letting me kno and ill be sure to get rid of the wax as soon as i can ah i wish i would of found this site when i got them i woudnt of worried about it so much i had ppl tell me all sorts of things but i just let them do wat they want and now im thankful even though i wish i would of did it natural

not a day goes by that we dont hear something simularit amazes me how salons get away with charging 600 or more and having almost no satisfied customers

aha fersure i only paid 45 bucks and it took 8 hours my neck hurt so fucking badd

i paid nothing and took 1 minute
i traded something..a crystal i think for 4 beads then a sister stuck em in my hair..
no pain
no problem
just went off into the woods to play and soon after found i had dreadsbut at leasy u only paid 45 and werent too screwedthe worse jobs ive ever seen cost over 700 and then wanted 200 more every 2 weeks to mess em up even more

i think alotta ppl who pay a shyop to get dreads feel theres a bad vibe attached to them like a sellout vibelike they bought into a commercial trap and regret it so want to start overat least thats the impression i got from manny who started over even tho threy loved em..like theyd love em even more if they were self made or self growni guess its like designing your own tatoo with alot of meaning and symbolism..vs getting a tweetybird just to say u got a tatoo

lucky i wish i could of did it that way ive wanted dreads since i was 10 and grew my hair out tell i thought it was long enough and yee im glad i didnt get to fucked for going to a saloon idk there was something that always told me just wash em and let them do what they want so thats what i did i didnt listen to ppl telling me put wax in them palm roll them and mad ppl just sterotyped me he never washes them he's a bum and NO girls that it was attractive but i stuck threw it because ive wanted them for so long and now that i have them ill never cut them off. I met a guy once that tod me he had dreads for 9 years and just decided to cut them off and he's been bald like dr. phill ever since he said the tension and everything caused it but idk... and you ask why would i cosider to cut them off? i never wanted to cut them off i just wanted opinions on it and if it was suggested to cut them off and start over from a person who has had dreads for 20 years i would

fersure i uderstand that thats one of the reason why i never palm rolled them because i wanted something different then just round stiff dreads and all my friends were like ur reatrted but i didnt care i didnt get them for attention or to get any girls i got them for me and because ive wanted them ever since i could remember
