Yeah your going to have to make it up here, it is well worth the drive.There are literally hundreds of places to stay (big tourist area) and miles of wilderness to explore. Seems like there is always something to do, winter or summer.

Welcome, I'm also new to this forum. I'm glad I joined there so much information to be found. I'm planning on moving to the pacific northwest after I graduate from nursing school.
your going to love it up here, there is so much to do, and our hospitals are always in need of a competent nurse. Hope your journey is a pleasant and fulfilling one!
