man if i had a dime for every time i heard about someone going to a foreign country and getting their dreads butchered i'd be 1/2 way to the farm i wanna buy! Sorry for your luck, especially since you were trying to do a good deed. As long as you remove the string ASAP you should be fine. Just remember the longer you wait the harder it will be to get out! The dreads will eat the string and the roots will become weak. Maybe if u can get a friend to help u with the back ones so you don't miss any.
