sticky/ mushy dread roots please help!

I know this is an old thread, but I used to use this stuff too.. Had the same problems.. I learned Tea Tree Tingle is noooot good for locks lol. Had a time when I was waiting to get some more Dreadlockshampoo where I actually waited so much longer than I usually would to wash, just to stay away from using the Tea Tree Tingle. Thank goodness I have switched to Dreadlockshampoo.. Tea Tree Tingle just tore my scalp up and gave me a bad buildup.

Weird, I've used it with no buildup or problems. But hardly anything else works with my water type. Funny how that can affect it so much. I'd be interested to try the dreadlockshampoo once I'm outta my other soaps.
