ah I see, what does the oil wash do? I was previously doing tea tree, Lav and rose, baking soda wash.
That was before to. Vicki confirmed with me the carrot shamppo is ok, it is just carrot juice, dead sea minerals and few things like that

I have a question about washing the scalp with soap.I have made my own castile bar soap previously and I wash twice a week. When I wash, I lather it up and generally rub it in my hair and scalp. Is there a particular way to wash your hair as in the motion? Should I wash the scalp but not the hair in a massaging way or should I not touch the scalp or the root but just wash the hair?It may also be worth mentioning that I use a bit of ACV to condition the hair the day before.

wait till u wanna wash if hats 1 day 2 dat=ys 3 days hats fine as long as its weekly or more yoir fine

washing helps its not to be avoided

id wait a day or more but thats it as long as its been 48 hours or more u can wash

u can daily at 1st but its better to get in the habit of waitting a day or 3 cause it will be less oily when washed less and when dreaded can take awhile to dry
