Soap

Right i went up to my local organics shop today and they have some shampoo in there i was wondering if it would be suitable.

The ingredients were literally water, salt, coconut oil and something else.... No chemicals or anything like that at all. And perfume free. Would this be ok for my new dreads?

secondly i read about lemon and water mix that you can spray on for an itchy head, is this ok and if so what are the measurments?

lemon for itch? lemon lkightens and conditions its like a bleach and can be very damaging if u ever color your hair

the soap might be ok if it leaves no residue and isnt conditioning but it might be conditioning

Would an olive oil bar soap be ok?

It has saponified olive oil, water and mineral salts in it.
