My no residue natural shampoo bar that I just ordered has aloe Vera , peppermint, rosemary, tea tree oil , rosemary oil , jojoba oil and like 2 or 3 other ingredients...should I still condition my hair even if aloe Vera is a natural hair conditioner and it's in my shampoo bar ??

For african textured hair, that should be fine. You may find that you need to condition more or less depending on your hair. But for caucasian hair, you don't want to condition at all until they are more mature
