So I've been reading a lot about both vinegar and baking soda rinses. I'm not sure what the difference between both is. Can anyone tell me what the benefits to each are? I also know there are a lot of different "recipes" for both. Can anyone give me different variations for both and what the benefits to the variations are?

if you havent already check out the Dreaducation tab, has everything dready in it :) recommend baking soda/ACV wash in beginning stages because it is a no touch method of washing le dreads. once you do that recipe pay attention to what your scalps telling you and adjust. everyone is different so what works for one wont necessarily work for the other. good luck and happy dreading :D
