Don't give in to "tightening" them, they will loose their strength, depending what you have in mind. You can hang tough and will hang tough. Maybe this will help you. Welcome, don't use the word get dreads you don't get dreads you grow dreads. So how are you thinking of starting your dreads journey? I would advise you to read dreaducation page I put together a full guide that tells you everything you need to do know to dread properly by yourself no help. When people say get dreads a lot Are talking about going to a salon and that is the worst mistake you can ever make

welcome why do u do the latching at all? its totaly unesacary.. and if you just dont do it yoir dreads will be much strongertheres really no point in ever doing it at all..
