Just a little check in: I am wondering :)

Hey guys!
Soo i have been dreading 3 months and a bit, backcombing blah blah blah!
Alright i have these dreads in the back and sides that are seeming to be going flat at the roots.
I'm not 100% sure if thats normal or what
If anybody knows what in the world i'm talking about i'd really appreciate if you would let me know if its normal or whatever:)

i expereince the same thing...and i think its completely normal. i think wen it gets flat like that, it means its dreading.

ive got backcombed crocheted dreads, which were round initially, and now most places are getting flatter (not only at roots)...and i can fell them knotting up n dreading
