baking soda mix for new dreads

ok so ill be starting my new dreading in two weeks and want to know the best baking soda wash to use. should i use oils or just use baking soda and water and then rinse with vinegar? what does vinegar actually do? also will baking soda help dry my hair out prior to my dreading?

sea salt will dry it out vinager resets the ph balance bs is alkaline hairs suposed to be acidic acv resets it to acidic

1 tablespoon prr cul

and rinse the bs out b4 u do the acv dont rinse with the acv..do it after
