What should I be using to wash my hair and how often?

It's feeling quite oily and looks a bit urgh....I've just been using organic soap every few days and it feels a bit icky....

Please help it will be very mcuh appreciated

dr brionners diluted

baking soda acv rec ipie (search site for that)

those are the 12 best unless u have ghard water oh maylees gardens in our shps too same prob with hard water tho

if u feel yucky u may have hard water

a clarifying shampoo might be best

if your oily

baking soda

no acv

sea salt

thyme

wash 1 day less often till y ou can go 4 or 5 without being oily
