when having my hair un dreaded i usually washed it about once a week. After dreading it, should i still do once a week? or longer? or should i wait till i see that i need it then wash it. is there a good way to tell that they need to be washed?

how often?
wash 1-3 times a week wash when u feel dirty or itchy
oily or smelly
u can wash every other day if u want
just wouldnt wash every day
1-2 maybe 3 times a weeks is average recomended
