So I've began to use tea tre tingle an it works great but I noticed peoces of hair tht were clumped together from air dryin were sticky an mushy in my fingers, I did a hot then cold rinse an I'm pretty sure I rinsed it all out but I'm wonderin would an acv rinse after the shampoo do anytin to help this? An some white stuff comes out wen I rub the clump with my fingers so I'm jus hopin my dreads won't be full of this mushy residue wen there mature

y didnt they work..your water?
u can distill your water ..2 55 gallon drums a fire and copper tube or if u can get it a proper distilling tube u can salso add borax to bronners so it will work in hard water

tea tree tingle is a great shampoo but its essential oils base might be causing a build up with the minerals in your water. you might want to try something a bit more clarifying like desert essence tea tree lemon shampoo for oily hair or neutrogena anti residue shampoo. they both work pretty well with the water here in orange county. the one i'm using at the moment is rainforest balance shampoo from the body shop.
