Hey I'm wondering if you sweat a lot, does it hinder the dreading process? I'm going natural and I workout pretty much everyday and do a pretty good amount of sweating. Should I rinse everyday or use the BS more often? I used it once a week now and rinse every couple of days with just water. I been dreading for about 3 months and hair is sectioned but not quite locking yet. I have some looping and such going on. any help would be great! thanks!

doesnt matter but working out everyday is lil overkill

I teach and practice Bikram yoga so I sweat a lot every day. I wash about twice a week, sometimes more...I know that sweat gets in my locks....it has not hindered them fromlocking. :) good luck to u
