Thoughts on palm rolling?

I was just wondering what everyone's take is on palm rolling. Don't do it? Do it? A lot? A little? i think you get the jist Thanks!

i wouldn't even bother. i think it would make your arms hurt more than help your hair plus with all the pulling i would be worried about thinning the roots.

I tried it a little just after twist and rip, I felt it was pointless so I stopped, loosened some up more than tightened. Hope this helps.
