I have seen sea salt in grocery stores. Food grade rock salt with grinder -- 5-6 dollars for a small amount. $$$

at walmart i saw a ground up sea salt -- but with iodine. prolly not ok?

online i saw some sea salt bath salts.. is this fine for the head?

where can i order a big amount of rock sea salt online ? or can i buy the wal mart salt with iodine?

I have used both iodized and non-iodized salt. However the iodine found in "Iodized" salt is, mostly beneficial for the thyroid gland, when it is consumed. If you rinse your hair after using a salt water spray it really doesn't matter whether you use iodized or non-iodized salt. In that situation get what you can afford.

I get it at my local Wal Mart, food grade sea salt, non iodized, made by HAIN. About a dollar and a half for a one pound box. It's all we ever use at my house for cooking or anything, should be able to find it at any supermarket.
