Welcome. If you're slowing down with crocheting, you may as well stop completely. It is only destroying your hair. All it does is rips your hair to shreds, making smaller and smaller pieces, which makes your hair frizzier and weaker.

welcome but crochets extremely extremely bad for dreads and if u crochetted for all 14 years they gotta be extremely damaged and weak
