welcome but that needles extremelty extremely bad for them

why do u have to do it over and over?

your just repairing the damage your causing

eventuaky they will be so severely damaged they will break from their own weight

doing it only once delays progres by 6 months more and recovery can take over a year or 2

its 1 of the worse things u can do to dreads

Welcome to the community Cherie. You came to the best site to learn all about healthy dreads and to get you started on the best path. Start up by reading the dreaducation section at the top of the site. If you have any questions after that, just post them and many members here will help you out, or even ask using the Knotty Chat at the bottom of the page.

For the sake of your hair, stay away from wax and crochet hooks, they are the most damaging things for dreads......Once you throw away your comb or brush, then you have started....that's all it takes......Peace
