Welcome. Hopefully you didn't palm roll much or often. If you only did it once in a while, it didn't help your locks at all. palm rolling doesn't create any lasting knots. If you did it a lot or aggressively, it can severely destroy your roots

Welcome. Locks need to get wet in order to make sure they get clean. Getting locks wet helps them lock up faster, too

welcome but just so ya know palm rollings pointless it really does nothing worthwhile..unless u need the excersize
