your hair will dread without it ..it has to..you got to stop the crochet for a real long time so it can dread..it wont begin to dread till your recovering from the crochet
hate to tell you this but crochets extremely bad for dreads..i hope you only used it the 1 time to start? you dshould throw the hook away and join the crochet recovery group
