Thanks for the friend add. Looking at your profile, it's nice to see others who have that same desire to live "off the grid". My husband's in construction, and someday our hearts' desire is to build a self-sustaining home in the woods with lots of crazy pets. I so look forward to that. Have a great day!

Welcome. Don't bother rubbing your hair. It breaks hairs and weakens your locks. Also, if you are rubbing it against your scalp, you are basically rubbing a brillo pad against your scalp. It can create sores on your scalp which causes a whole slew of issues besides also weakening them

Welcome. I have nothing else to add, but if you get the chance, check out my vids to see what only 2 weeks of palm rolling does to locks

welcome adams right palm rollinfgs pretty pointless

11/11/12 10:25:22AM @amanda7:

You can stop palm rolling. It does nothing unless you have used wax. If you did wax, you should remove it immediately. If you continue twisting it can lead to traction alopecia, which is baldness caused by unnatural pressure on the scalp.
