Thanks for the friend add. Looking at your profile, it's nice to see others who have that same desire to live "off the grid". dont rub at all wet otr dry it only causes harm but more so when wet they never should be rubbed at all

Welcome. Don't bother rubbing your hair. It breaks hairs and weakens your locks. Also, if you are rubbing it against your scalp, you are basically rubbing a brillo pad against your scalp. It can create sores on your scalp which causes a whole slew of issues besides also weakening them

welcome but dont rub it when wet..or at all rubbing causes friction damage when its wet its wat-y more easily damaged

just let them be

they dont need to be rubbed

You can stop palm rolling. It does nothing unless you have used wax. If you did wax, you should remove it immediately. If you continue twisting it can lead to traction alopecia, which is baldness caused by unnatural pressure on the scalp.
