harsh blowout

I began combing my 25 crochet dreads (18 months old) out as I was unhappy with the way the looked, felt and the annoying maintenance/or the brutal way the salon people did it (one time only) so far, I've combed 6 out and have managed to find sweet spots in all of them once you get a certain distance up the lock. I've been using a bamboo comb along with a slick of coconut oil to soften and help along the way. I did start a few months back but due to moving and trying to settle a newborn it was put on the back burner, have a baby that actually sleeps now haha so have spare time. I can get 3 done in 2 hours, without too much damage (atleast it's not as bad as cutting them out) .. anyway I'm hoping to get pictures posted in case anyone else out there is suffering this curse haha .. cheers kiddos
