1/2 cup baking soda per 5 cups water
add a few drops essential oils if ndesired
optional add..umm im too tired to do math haha i 1/6th cup sea salt about right? whats abot 3% of 5 cups? that much
stir breaking up any clumps
pour over head (mix just b4 u use) let soak 10 min no scrubbing needed
rinse
next add maybe a tablespoon of acv to 5 cups warer pour on rinseright away

soaring eagle - just to clarify are you saying to add apple cider vinegar to the baking soda and salt or just use acv instead of the salt...? or alternate between the two mixtures? should i wash my hair with this often at first or would you just recommend using the dreadlock shampoo? have just been washing my hair with water and leaving it alone, have not really even been using shampoo?

Wash with the baking soda first. Then rinse it out really well after about 10 minutes. The baking soda wash is what you want to add the salt to. Then after it's rinsed out, you rinse again with the ACV. Let that stay in for just a few second. Then rinse it all out. When they mature, you can leave the ACV in for a few minutes. But no longer than 3-4.
