So, I washed my hair for the first time using dr. bronners almond liquid soap.

I poured a cm of soap on the surface of my gallon jug, and filled it to the brim with warm water. I pretty much used the BS solution method , but with bronners. i did 18-1 water

How do you guys dilute it?

I did like the way my hair felt after!

I use a 12:1 water/soap ratio. It's amazing how much you can dilute that stuff and still have it clean effectively.

But is pouring it on my head effective? I feel like maybe i should be rubbing it in my scalp?

letting sit for 10 min? rinsing?
