This Saturday is my 10 month anniversary .. Bands I removed as suggested. I'm still having lots of fly away frizz hair. I have tried palm rolling with Aloe gel. They are still loose at the scalp. And of my 88 I have like 3 that haven't started to lock anywhere.Ideas, suggestions, .. What maintenance do you do? Just about all maintenance will damage your hair and make it so that if you ever want to start over or go back to straight hair, you'd have to shave your head or cut it very close to the scalp.
The bands don't help either. Like Eagle and Heather said. Bands get sucked into your locks and lost. They start to dry rot and cause mold and mildew to grow in your hair. The also squeeze your locks too lightly and create weak spots that don't knot up

7 days is way too long
welcome but take the bands out right away they do no good only harm
