In this video I show two yogic poses that I like to do to relieve stress. There are many poses that I enjoy doing for their therapeutic benefits that I will sharing soon. I am in no way a yogini or physician. Yoga is what has helped me and I like speak about my own personal experience. I hope this helps anyone out there who needs it.
