Welcome. Lemon juice is citric acid. It seeps into your hair and starts to break it down from the inside out. People use it to lighten their hair, but the lightening is how the damage shows up.
Find a new shampoo. There are allergy friendly shampoos that are dreadlock friendly.

welcome but dont use dreadhead shampoo its extremely tocxic and that site desroys dreads for profit so should be boycotted
