well..theyre only 3 months old so thats why they are loose and yea u havent been washing ..and u have wax in em..using wax one time is a bad mistake and will stay in em unless u take extra effort to remove it it dont just wash out but yea zastart removing wax and washing and it will begin tightening
welcome why would u use dry shampoo washing (with water) helps them dread but if u used wax u gotta remove it! wax is a dread killer
