Hi i am new to bloging i don't blog but here we go. I have a couple of questions. Is there a specific acv that i need to get and what brand? And the other is what is the mixture for the baking soda how much to use and also for the acv to use.

i always buy the generic brand....same ingredients but cost less.

the amount differs...i personally put about 1/4 cup BS into a (clean) gallon milk jug. I fill it to the top with warm water. I put the cap on and shake it up really really well. I pour that onto my wet head. Concentrate on your scalp. Gently rub your scalp. Let the mixture run thru your dreads. But don't scrub your dreads. let it sit for up to 10 minutes. I usually only let it sit about 5 min. Then rinse well with clear water. I put about an 1/8 to 1/4 cup ACV and 10 or so drops of tea tree oil into a gallon (clean) milk jug and fill it with warm water. I put the cap on, shake it real well and pour this onto my head concentrating on the scalp and letting it flow through my dreads. Keep your eyes closed...acv can be uncomfortable in eyes. This doesn't need to be on there very long. I rinse it almost immediately. If you can stand it, cold water is best for rinsing out the ACV.
