dreads arent an insatant style they take time at 4 months is when they sare typicaly the loossest if u use a starter method like tnr or backcomb
the salon shoukld have known that and let things progress instead of doing a second perm before they even had a chance to progress
they were doing just fine
and wiuld have done just fine without any perm
