I would definitely never make fun of someone for not knowing that! I'm sorry I should have explained it, my fault. :o) so it's just Apple Cider Vinegar. If you use a couple spoonfuls in a cup of water it helps condition your hair. It's great to use after you do a baking soda wash-also a couple spoonfuls in a cup pour over your head and let it sit for 10-15 mins. It gets your hair super clean and no scrubbing to disrupt new baby dreads. Hope that helped :P Much Love & Many Blessings
