welcome i saw yoir chat message most importantly take all tension off the roots i assume u were twisting, crocheting or interlocking? well..stop
stop tying them up m tight or braiding or pulling them back
if they are very long and heavy wear em up loosely in a loose tam to take the weight off
next massage the scalp with oils like pepermint theres others i cant think of but thers a featured discussion that panterra gave jay simmons a list of oils to use u need to restore bloodflow
post pictures and a discussion so we cqn see how progrese it is also in it explain every thing u doid or had done by a salon
