Welcome
welcomed sorry u were mislead about the wax thing but your here now
starting over is the best option but if you dont want to srart over then you should order the wax b gone rught away then while waiting for it
soak in vinager 10 min orr longer
squeeze out all u can (was it melted in with a blow dryer?)
follow that with the hottest water u can safely stand and loads of dawn dish soap and scrub like crazy\
repeat repeat repeat till u get the wax b gone
then use that over and over once yiur sure its all out..use it severak mor times cause it probably isnt
thats why its easiest to start over right
tnr is the next best thing but watch this vid
Excellent. Now that you've TnR'd them, all you have to do is wash and separate. They will come undone when you wash, but that's a good thing. It's a step forward, not back. Since you can't "create" locks, you have to grow them. TnR doesn't form locks. It just sets up the stage for where you want your sections to be. They will mostly form there, but some may come completely untangled, and form somewhere else. Let that happen.
Check out the dreaducation link at the top of this page.
welcome the no damage way to dread is the natural way just stop combing and let it dread itself dreading by force is damaguing the natural way the wind the rain the movement from walking around then the compression from sleepimg thats all the force u need to dread
Welcome. But palm rolling and crocheting are the furthest from natural. Destroying your hair is not natural. Crocheting is the most damaging thing you can do to your hair. It breaks your hairs int smaller and smaller pieces. This makes locks weaker and weaker. Eventually they can snap off and points, and even fall out at the root, leaving you with a bald spot until more hair grows in, if you didn't damage it enough to cause permanent baldness.
If you want healthy locks, throw away your hook. And stop palm rolling Palm rolling a lot will destroy your roots making them thinner and weaker. Check out my video on palm rolling to see what only 2 weeks of it did to my locks.
