well post pictures in the crochet recovery forum so i can see whats up the only thing you can do is if they aree tight and stiff tru a light conditioning with jojoba or something to try to loosen them a bit

welcome but gotta warn you crochets a very bad mistake 1 use delays any dreading by 6 months (if tight) takes 3 years to recover from (if tight) and even if not tight it does extreme damage
