It creates tons of weak spots all along your locks that wind your hair too tightly and will, undoubtedly cause them to snap off at those points, over time. it may take a few years. But over time, they will get weaker, while your hair gets heavier. And if you keep creating weak spots, they won't be able to hold the weight of themselves. I've broken 2 in 7 years because of not knowing this from the beginning

welcome but both interlocking and twisting (retwisting) are horible for dreads and will make u go bald
